The middle cottage, named after the Swallows that have chosen this barn for their nest. Entered from a fenced and gated patio garden, the glazed front door opens to a slate floored hallway with an adjacent shower room W.C. and hand basin. The part beamed living room, one step up, has a fitted kitchen area, dining space and comfortable seating with books supplied. There are two bedrooms, a bunk room with 3ft pine bunks and, two steps down, an attractively shaped double bedroom with hand basin and three windows, one with a glimpse of the sea over low slate roofs.
