A newly
converted single storey detached barn within the grounds of Treligga Farm
Cottages, slightly set apart from the main courtyard yet within easy reach via
a gated path. The cottage was once a stable housing the pony which pulled the
family in their trap to market, but now offers warm and cosy, double glazed
accommodation all year round.
The Stable
front door leads through a small sunroom into a pretty beamed living room with
partial sea views, a fitted kitchen area, comfortable seating and dining space.
Leading off the hall is a bathroom W.C. with shower over a whirlpool bath and
hand basin, and at the opposite end, two steps lead down to an attractive
beamed double bedroom with a four poster bed and wash basin and a large window
looking out across the countryside towards the sea. There is a small patio adjacent
to the cottage and one parking space is also provided. Port Isaac 6 miles and
Delabole 3 miles have a selection of local shops and public houses.
